Twelfth Night Blogging

Alright gang:

The purpose of this blog is to help us keep in touch. The leadership team has posting privileges - but the whole cast and crew will be informed of the blog's existence and will be encouraged to check it often.

The idea is to keep everyone else informed of your progress. Sometimes you're working on something but you don't want to bother everyone else with an email describing what you've accomplished so far. It might help someone else, however, if they knew what you've been up to. That's where the blog will help.

For instance, let's say I've just sent a sponsorship letter to Home Hardware (I haven't yet). I could post a message here letting everyone know. The rest of the leadership team will be able to see what I've done. Tori will know not to send them anything further until I hear back from them. Sameer will know that I'm extending the team's sponsorship efforts. Rob might be interested in the letter I used. The message might jog the memory of the cast and crew - and someone may think of a new sponsorship opportunity. You guys get the idea.

The cast and crew don't have the ability to post original messages, but they can add comments to any of the messages that are already up. That's a good feedback mechanism. Pressing concerns should be emailed to the appropriate production team member as well though.

Remember that the blog is public. Anyone in the world can see it - if they find it on the Blogger listings or in a search. The cast and crew will (hopefully) be reading it constantly. Just don't write anything that you wouldn't say loudly in a crowded room.

Please consider making this page your browser homepage for the month of July.

I hope this page helps. Comment here on this page or feel free to email me.
