Yes. Thrust on Saturday.
For those of you who haven't heard, Thrust is being held this Saturday, July 8 starting at 7:00 PM in Wentworth Lounge (beside the Phoenix). It features readings from three plays written by SDF playwrights including Brad Young, Brian Morton and the famous Fotheringhams.
Bring your friends! Donations are accepted at the door and proceeds go to support the festival. A cash bar will be available.

I am just curious as to the atmosphere of the evening. Does the audience get to participate in the event? Give feedback to the playwrights? Or is the audience there to watch the playwright work with and direct the readers?

Good question.
After each of the readings we'll take a break to allow informal discussion among the audience, readers and playwrights. Everyone's encouraged to give constructive feedback if they want to.
